Comprehensive Organization information sheet. Registration on-line by organization or input by parade staff. Ability to add multiple units within the organization and make quick changes.

Organization Login

Organizations have their own login credentials to change and update there information real-time , in which parade staff can send the login info at anytime.

Parade Customization

Complete control of parade settings; Customize your own staging area sections, add Unit Types, add Office Titles, add Member Roles, add Member types, control LOM numbers and much more.

Manipulate Organizations

Organize parade by dragging and dropping approved Organizations from the list on the left to the live parade lineup on the right. This can be done as much as you want. LOM numbers are created when the parade is locked. The status of locking the parade and registration can be done from here, as well as accessing the final LOM list.

Line of March

Easy to read Line Of March, sorted by Name, Section or LOM numbers; all printable to paper reports. System allows you last minute additions as well as last minute order changes, with access to commentator’s book and real-time check-in

Check-IN

Streamline check-in process the day of Parade. One click registration automatically updates the digital commentators book in real-time. Mark an organization; Checked-in, Pending or Not Coming with contact name and phone number at your fingertips. QR code registration technology available on any compatible QR reader app for your phone or tablet.
